Purpose of Data Collection

TapRecruit provides a job editor which gives guidance to recruiting teams on how to write better job descriptions. It also includes analytics on how your jobs are performing based on time to fill. Data is read from a public-facing job board or, in the case of an integrated account, client API, where TapRecruit processes the content of a job post (Title, Location, and Job Description) as well as track the dates when it opened/closes. Users of this platform are employees of the client who will log in using their company email address. We capture the users' first and last names so that they are easily identifiable to team members for collaboration, as well as, login times and IP addresses. Users submit the following information into our portal: Email Address, First & Last Name, Job Posting (Title, Location, Description), as part of these entries their IP Address and Login Times are recorded. TapRecruit collects personal information that a user voluntarily provides through interaction with, or use of, the Services, or to the extent applicable, via third-party websites and applications when requesting information regarding the Services, which information may respectively include, but is not limited to, name, email address, billing information, participation on social or professional networks, etc. For marketing purposes, we collect information about visits to, and activity on, the Website, the number of times a user has viewed an advertisement or opened an email, and other such usage information. When a user receives promotional emails or other such communications from TapRecruit, we may use certain service providers, customized links, or similar technologies to determine whether an email has been opened and which links were accessed. We also may make use of location-based data for our Services and might ask a user to enter your general location, specifically to provide more relevant advertisements or promotional offers, rather than to personally identify a specific individual. When a user accesses the Services, we may automatically collect certain information regarding usage of the Services. This information, which is collected passively using various technologies, generally will not specifically identify a user or other individuals. Examples may include IP addresses, browser types, domain names, and other anonymous statistical data regarding aggregate usage. We also employ the use of cookies for such purposes. If a user contacts us to provide feedback, file an inquiry, or otherwise communicate in a manner that necessitates action or a response, we will record personal information and other content that a user provides in order for us to effectively respond to the communication or act as required. Regarding payment information, in the event that you purchase any of the Services, we will collect financial or credit card information and other information necessary to process the transaction through a third-party processor. We do not retain such information within our systems, including any authorized PAN information that falls under the compliance requirement of PCI-DSS. Our third-party processor is audited annually and attestation verified. Such financial information is collected via said third-party and used strictly for billing purposes only, is not shared or used for any other purposes, and is and will be processed in accordance with all applicable laws.
