Purpose of Data Collection

We are a learning management System our software is used by corporations to collect, track and Train employees and or clients of the companies that use our software. We collect and process al of the Training organization of our customers, this data is only provided to the customer and is nto shared with any 3rd parties. We provide clients with a learning Management System (LMS) we are a processor of our clients data for training purposes, all od the data is managed and controlled by the clients. The client will load user data Name, Email and Address. These items are used to present the user with training for them to complete. All of the training data is used by the client for tracking, reporting and proving additional training where needed. The client has access and control over who in their organization can view, modify and report on any of the training data. No data is provided to 3rd parties without written consent by the client.
