Purpose of Data Collection
The primary purpose for which we process personal data is to enable the provision of our B2B and B2C services and websites. FourKites services involve the operation of a B2B platform and applications and B2C applications to provide real-time visibility and predictive analytics and insights to enable companies (including shippers, carriers, drivers and brokers) in the shipping industry to: plan and track loads over the road, by train, by air and by ocean; manage yards; create visualizations and analysis tools to identify trends in the supply chain and measure impact in real-time and over time; create a network and allow people to communicate with others participating in the trucking and/or shipping industry; rate and review shipping or warehouse facilities and amenities; and provide customer support. FourKites also operates a global Website, through which visitors may obtain more information about FourKites and the Platform and may contact FourKites.
