Purpose of Data Collection

We may collect Personal Information in the future when People contact us, create a profile, or request information. (Name, Email address, address, phone number), when they join our talent network, apply for a job or upload documents including resumes. If They upload documents (e.g. CV or resume) or complete forms on the Site (application for employment), we may collect the Personal Information contained in those documents/forms. We may also collect client related data including name and contact information in case they contact us about our services. We don’t collect HR data. In general, we will use the Personal Information we collect only for the purpose it was collected, for compatible purposes, as permitted or required by law, e.g. To respond to requests for information relating to our services, staffing and HR solutions, or employment opportunities, to communicate about application and recruitment related activities, manage applicant profiles. If Personal Information gets submitted through the Site in connection with an application for employment, we will use that data in connection with the employment or prospective employment relationship. In general, we do not sell, trade or otherwise share personal data transferred to us from the EEA with unaffiliated third parties except with your consent and/or as described in this Policy, our website privacy policy, or as required or permitted by law. (e.g. We may disclose applicant personal data (non-Company data) transferred from the EEA to clients who are prospective employers and may be interested in the application-related information, but only with the persons consent or with their direct order)
