Purpose of Data Collection

Contact Information is used to provide the requested Service or information, and to contact subscribers and visitors for purposes of direct marketing of our current and future Services. We also use Contact Information and other information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy to respond to general inquiries, solicit feedback regarding our Services, provide relevant content on our Site, and to communicate with you via email regarding our current and future Services. We automatically collect certain information when Visitors visit the Site and when Users use the Platform. This information consists of IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of the Site Visitors visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Site and the Platform. We use this information to improve the Site and the Platform. Additionally, Daasity processes personal data on behalf of the Users of its platform, which helps direct to consumer product organizations make optimal use of the vast quantities of highly complex customer, order, product, marketing and supply chain data by integrating the data points into the platform and placing the data into a useful context. Users may upload personal data by connecting their Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) platforms or by directly inputting data into the platform. Daasity only processes Personal Data for our Users and to support the analytics that our Users request. We may share personal data with third party service providers that provide services in connection with our platform. We authorize these third parties to access personal information only to the extent necessary for them to provide services to our Users.

These agreements require our clients to comply with applicable privacy laws and, to the extent the clients are legally required, provide privacy notices to the individuals whose data our clients process using Daasity’s platform.
