Purpose of Data Collection
Mood Media LLC transfers HR data for financial planning and analysis purposes as well customer service data (i.e. call logs, recordings, etc.) that is reviewed in the US for quality control. With respect to the non-HR data, this would be recordings between Mood Media's customer service employees and Mood Media customers. Mood Media records these calls so that they may be reviewed by Mood Media supervisors for quality assurance.
