Our organization is an eCommerce retailer serving customers. We collect personal information for customer service and transaction related purposes, such as creating customer accounts, responding to customer requests, processing orders, informing customers of events and promotions, and providing our website, services, and advertising to customers. Examples of personal information collected include name, email address, shipping address, and other demographic / contact information customers provide. We may collect some personal information automatically, including device and activity information, when customers interact with our website or other services. We do not share or trade any customer personal information with any third party except as outlined in our Privacy Policy or with customer consent. We may, for example, share customer personal information with: third party service providers who provide services on our behalf (e.g. payment processors); third parties who provide advertising and marketing services; law enforcement or other third parties where required by law; third parties in connection with a transaction involving our business (e.g. a merger, acquisition, or sale); and/or our parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries.
