Purpose of Data Collection
HR Data: Sharing personal data between Thunderhead's US, EU, and UK entities may be required to process applications for employment and administer any relevant benefits such as pensions, maternity and paternity pay, statutory sick pay. Personal data other than human resources data: Thunderhead may process personal data belong to its clients where the information is necessary to enter into or satisfy our contract obligations. For example, the Thunderhead US support team may require access to personal data belonging to a customer based inside the EEA in order to satisfy a customer request. Thunderhead also collects personal information used to market events, products and/or services provided by Thunderhead that we believe will be of interest to customers, to administer our Website and for internal operations, including research, data analysis and data statistics, prospect information for sales account management and billing, and to contact customers to send information that they have requested.
Employee Privacy. The policy is posted on our internal HR SharePoint along with other HR policies.
