Purpose of Data Collection

In general, the personal information that Loom, Inc. collects enables us to provide services to users. We use the personal information for different purposes depending upon the services being provided. Among other things, these purposes may include the following: developing, operating, improving, delivering, maintaining, and protecting our services; communicating with our users; monitoring and analyzing trends and usage; personalizing our services; displaying content; processing payments; updating our records; generally maintaining user accounts; and fraud prevention. We may share personal information with third parties, as described in our Privacy Policy. These third parties include other users; service providers; and other third parties for legal, marketing and advertising and other reasons or entry into bankruptcy or as part of a transaction such as a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
