Purpose of Data Collection
Acting as a data processor on behalf of our customers, we receive and process Customer Personal Data that is collected through our online application and platform including Harvest (time-tracking application) and Forecast (time-management application) (“SaaS Services”). Customer Personal Data is provided by our customers and their end users through our SaaS Services, such as timesheet records (e.g., activities recorded using the SaaS Services, time recorded to those activities, timer records), expense and invoice records, and team calendars and scheduling.
