Purpose of Data Collection

BBK is a clinical trials patient recruitment, engagement and retention company that: - maintains a directory of relevant personnel of participating research sites, Contract Research Organizations, or Sponsor for use in tracking recruitment practices and performance, communicates with above individuals about patient recruitment and retention activities and materials, including shipment of some materials to their locations; - provides contact information regarding participation in a Clinical Research study from individuals who have requested this information to research sites and from research sites to these individuals; - coordinates travel for study participants to and from research sites; - provides research sites with a platform through which they can request travel support or reimbursement for study participants. - Provides lost to follow-up services Types of personal data processed: - For subjects participating in the Clinical Research: o (possibly) date of birth or age o (possibly) initials o (possibly) gender o personal identification number assigned to data subjects participating in the Clinical Research; - Additional information for research subjects participating in travel reimbursement and/or travel concierge programs and their emergency contacts and travel companions: o name and contact details o date of birth o gender o travel itineraries - For Investigator and staff of a hospital/institute conducting the Clinical Research: o name and contact details; - for staff of relevant Contract Research Organisations and other subcontractors managing the Clinical Research on behalf of Sponsor: o name and contact details - For Sponsor staff involved in the management of the Clinical Research: o name and contact details The types of third parties to which it might discloses such personal information: We may employ independent contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers, such as a call center, mail house, or travel agency who may need to receive or handle Personal Information on our behalf in connection with specific services and products, such as hosting and maintaining our services, providing credit card processing and fraud screening, providing travel coordination and interpretation services, providing shipping services, and developing applications for the services. In the course of providing products or services to us, these service providers may sometimes have access to information collected through the services, including Personal Information.
