Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and maintain information about prospective, current and past customers for the sole purpose of communicating with key personnel who work for those customers. This includes business phone numbers and email addresses, as well as physical addresses for those businesses. Regarding HR data - Given that the Vancouver, WA location is our corporate headquarters, we track various HR information for all employees globally. This includes name, address, phone number, corporate and potentially personal email addresses, start/end dates, Social Security or National Insurance numbers, rates of pay, gender, marital status, bank account information (for purposes of direct deposit of earned income). The data is stored for posterity, budgeting and reporting purposes in our payroll system. For our UK employees, it is also entered into PeopleLog in order to process payroll for UK employees.
