Purpose of Data Collection
Internally we collect and process employee or potential employee information for the purpose of employment. Externally, we process personal information on behalf of our clients. Such information includes, but is not limited to, IP address, first name, last name, date of birth, Device ID, and geolocation. Additionally, we disclose such information to sub-processors on behalf of our clients including but not limited to hosting providers, fraud detection services, payment processing organizations, and email verification services.

CAKE was acquired by Constellation Softwares Inc.'s Perseus Management Group in 2019. Perseus is implementing new privacy policies across business units in an effort to standardize. The new policy I am attaching is not publicly posted yet as it differs from our previously approved policies under privacy shield. Once approved, it will be posted at the provided URL.
