Purpose of Data Collection

We store user information based on customer imports of data. The data that can be imported is based on email address as the unique indentifier or the records. Additional fields are tied to the email address are, but not limited to, optin ip address, optin website, optin date. These records are collected for CAN-SPAM complaince in the US and CA. Additional fields which are not required but can be imported to tie into the record are; first name, last name, address, zip, state, country, birthdate, renewal dates, telephone. We are not the controllers of this information but only the processors of this information. Our customers are the controllers of this information and use our platform to store the data and email their subscribers. Our system stores data based on if an email address has hard bounced in the past, unsubscribed to an email message, opened an email message , clicked a url in an email message, or complained about an email message. We collect the complaints of an email message and unsubscribes to also be in compliance with CAN-SPAM laws in the US and CA. Additional data we store is our own customer data. We collect the following information; first name, last name, email address, company name, company address, company zip and state, company telephone, billing address, zip and state. This is collected solely for billing our our customers as well as communication to our customers about the product. lastly we collect email and first name on our blog for email marketing purposes. We collect the email address, optin site, optin ip address, optin date and first name.
