Purpose of Data Collection
SMG collects personal data from our website/app users (e.g., contact data, website/app usage data), as well as information received from our clients’ customers (e.g., demographic data, survey responses, website/app usage data) and clients (e.g., customer participation in loyalty programs) for purposes of conducting market research for our clients, communicating with users, permitting users to post about their customer experiences, and delivering location-based surveys. SMG also collects personal data from our website and app users (e.g., contact data, reason for contact, username, and password) for the purpose of providing support and information. SMG may share personal data with our affiliated companies; clients; third-party service providers (e.g., third party administrators of promotions and providers of website and app analytics, marketing, hosting, data storage and security services); law enforcement and other public authorities; and possibly with other entities in connection with a potential business reorganization. SMG collect, store and use various categories of personal data about our employees primarily to allow SMG to perform its contract with employees and to enable SMG to comply with legal obligations. Categories include: • Personal contact details such as name, title, addresses, telephone numbers, and personal email addresses. • Date of birth. • Gender. • Marital status and dependents. • Next of kin and emergency contact information. • National Insurance number. • Bank account details, payroll records and tax status information. • Salary, annual leave, pension and benefits information. • Hire date. • Location of employment or workplace. • Copy of driving licence, passport. • Recruitment information (including copies of right to work documentation, references and other information included in a CV or cover letter or as part of the application process). • Employment records (including job titles, work history, working hours, training records and professional memberships). • Compensation history. • Performance information. • Disciplinary and grievance information. • CCTV footage and other information obtained through electronic means such as swipecard records. • Information about your use of our information and communications systems. • Photographs. SMG may also collect, store and use the following "special categories" of more sensitive personal information: • Information about race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, sexual orientation and political opinions. • Information about health, including any medical condition, health and sickness records. • Genetic information and biometric data • Information about criminal convictions and offences. SMG will share personal information with third party vendors where required by law and to administer the working relationship with our employees such as pension and healthcare providers.

TrumpetRatings.com is a product which allows SMG to post location specific customer reviews gathered from our client's surveys or SurveyMini.
