This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected by or submitted to CollabNet through the Site, including Personal Information. "Personal information" is data that that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual, including: name, title, company name, job function, expertise, postal address, telephone number, or email address. We may also collect other information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an identifiable individual such as browser and device information, information collected through cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies, and demographic information. CollabNet may use the Personal Information you provide to create and maintain your account(s), process, fulfill, and follow-up on your orders, answer your questions, register you in programs (per your request) send you information about our products and services, improve our services to better understand your needs and interests, as well as send you newsletters and surveys, help diagnose problems or to enhance our site based on the usage pattern data we receive.
