Purpose of Data Collection
Payment data (name, address, email, phone, and credit/debit card details) is collected from Foxy.io customers, in order to pay for Foxy.io services. This data is only used to communicate with our own users (for support or marketing purposes), though it may be used in the context of 3rd-party systems such as analytics (Google Analytics, Zoho SalesIQ) or email marketing (Zoho Campaigns, CampaignMonitor). Further, Foxy.io "Users" use Foxy.io services to collect payments from their own customers, in the context of an e-commerce checkout. Foxy.io's Users' customers' data is not shared with any 3rd parties except as configured by the Foxy.io User (such as with a payment processor, in order to collect payments). Foxy.io never shares the Users' customer data with any 3rd-party, except as may be required for legal purposes.
