Purpose of Data Collection

Non-HR Data: The Company provides a software platform to enable our customers to print electronic postage and shipping labels and more efficiently manage their shipping and mailing processes. The types of personal data could include the name, address, phone number and email of our customers and their customers (to whom shipments / mail are directed). In some cases we also hold a brief description of what is contained in each parcel. In some cases third party carriers are utilized to complete shipping transactions requested by customers. HR Data: The Company employs persons who reside in the European Union. Human resources data is required to be reviewed in the United States. The Company will review and process Human Resources Data such as employee’s names, addresses, date of birth, identification numbers, CV (educational and work related qualifications) and health and benefit related information, while processing employment applications, onboarding, terminating and during employment, related to and including but not limited to the processing of offers of employment, payroll, benefits, evaluations and other human resources and payroll related functions. Such personal data, including sensitive data, will be collected, held, processed and disclosed by Company to third-party subcontractors, or any other person as may be reasonably necessary, as required by law.
