Purpose of Data Collection

Non-HR personal data. Playdots, Inc. processes a very limited amount of personal data from Swiss and EU customers in order to provide a better experience to users of our mobile apps. Specifically, These purposes include to develop and operate the product and/or service requested; serve and measure the effectiveness of advertising; analyze data to improve products and/or services; tailor and personalize customers' experiences; and/or to otherwise maintain marketing relationships. Additionally, users will be explicitly told when they are connecting to Facebook that Playdots, Inc. will be given their name and basic profile information, which will be used in our games to display a leaderboard with the user's Facebook friends who are also connected. Playdots, Inc does not disclose personal information that directly identifies players (such as name or email) with independent third parties without the players' consent, unless such sharing is required by law or is reasonably necessary to enforce Playdots, Inc.'s rights, property or operations, or to protect Playdots, Inc's players or third parties.
