Purpose of Data Collection

Matterport provides hardware and SaaS applications, that enable customers to capture spaces in 3D for use in real-estate, construction, insurance and other industries. Matterport processes data, including: personal data related to our customers such as name, email address, company information and industry type, payment information for hardware and software purchases, customer enquiries and correspondence, captured images of 3D spaces, and IP address information. Matterport uses a limited number of third-party service providers to assist in providing services to customers. Matterport maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our Privacy Shield obligations.
