Brightcove’s services include analytics and other usage data relating to its customers’ distribution of their video and other streaming content using the services. In addition to business contact information and other data provided to Brightcove by its customers, Brightcove may collect personal data of end user viewers at the request of, and on behalf of, such customers in connection with the display and distribution of their video and other streaming content.
