Purpose of Data Collection
We collect consumers' name, email addresses, phone numbers, and sometimes home addresses on behalf of our customers, who are automotive dealerships and manufacturers. This information provided by the consumers willingly either through forms they complete on the dealerships' websites, or when asked on our software platform during chat or text conversations, or during a car-buying process.
