Purpose of Data Collection
Personal data that is processed includes User email address, billing address, First/Last Name. Our Sites' account registration forms require users to provide contact information (like their name and email address). Our software as a service stores information pertaining to the Users interaction with content and progress in training programs for the purposes of providing this information to the Users employers or host organization. Contact information from the user registration forms is used when necessary for account management, notifications, credit card transactions, technical support and marketing reasons related to the host organization's use of our products and services. Cookies are used to streamline logins and redirect Users to content after they've made a financial transaction. IP addresses are collected to help diagnose performance issues with our servers and to administer our Sites. IP addresses are not associated with individual User data. The credit card data is temporarily transmitted to third-party merchant services (PayFlo Pro, BluePay and Authorize.net) and is not permanently stored on our servers.
