Purpose of Data Collection
Primarily the company does not process Personal Data, however some files may contain personal data such as Name, Address, etc and associated medical information. ULG in Europe does not have any clients where Personal Data is routinely sent to us for processing. For example - we do not have any insurance or medical claims clients. However : 1. employment contracts may be sent to us for translation, and they contain personal data 2. resumes / cv's may be sent for translation 3. CRO's may send clinical trial information which may inadvertently contain a name, address or other personal identifier.
