Purpose of Data Collection

Showbie processes basic user data such as the user's name, password, a unique username and optional email. Showbie uses the data for its everyday operations as a classroom workflow and feedback tool. The data collected is never sold to any third party. Showbie uses the following sub processors: - Amazon Web Services for database hosting - Intercom for support communications and marketing campaign communications - Customer.io for product usage notifications and 'business critical' communications - Hubspot for marketing campaign communications and management - Close.io for direct-to-customer communications from our sales team - Recurly for processing customer payments - Google Analytics for web site data - Zapier and Slack for internal notifications/communications - Typeform for gathering user data (mostly from our web site) - Chart.io for internal data dashboard creation
