Purpose of Data Collection

Seven Corners, Inc. collects Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Personal Health Information (PHI) and Personal Credit Information (PCI) to process and administer/service policies and claims as well as Assistance services should the need arise. The personal information we collect is limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified and necessary for business purposes with respect to our products, services and other business relationships involving the customer. Additionally, we transfer the data to third parties when necessary to provide these services on Seven Corners’ behalf. The types of third parties to which such personal data may be disclosed include, without limitation, agents, representatives, outside counsel, auditors, advisers, business partners, vendors and/or similar third parties. Service providers are required to use the personal information only for the specific purpose for which we supply it to them, and otherwise comply with legal requirements applicable to the personal information in question as stated in the Business Associate Agreement we maintain with all afore-mentioned third parties. We collect personal information in a variety of ways, including our Web sites and the internet, over the telephone, through correspondence and from other sources who have authority to disclose personal information to us, or where we are required to do so by law.
