Purpose of Data Collection
We process organization and visitor information and certain personal data to identify our customers in connection with the offering and sale of greeting cards and celebrations products and online services. We collect specifically, customer name, e-mail address, username, address, and phone number. We may also request additional information about our customers, such as payment information, demographic information (including, gender, ZIP code, or marital status), or information about customer preferences and interests (the "Personal Information"). We may share Personal Information with our service providers who perform services to us or on our behalf; and in some instances, our service providers may collect information from customers directly. Such services may include, for example, hosting or maintaining our websites, providing customer support, monitoring the websites, sending email or other electronic communications, sending paper cards or gift cards, providing marketing assistance, processing payments, sharing information with third-parties to assist us in delivering content or advertising to customers on the websites or elsewhere online, and providing analytics services to make sites or applications function better. We do not authorize service providers to use or disclose the information they obtain from us for any purpose other than the purposes for which they obtained the information or to comply with legal requirements.

The Platforms for our products and services include, but are not limited to websites and apps found at: americangreetings.com, smashups.com, and bluemountain.com, operated by AG Interactive, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Greetings. This Privacy Policy does not apply to human resources data.
