Purpose of Data Collection

Through our site and service we collect, track, and/or process the following: 1. "Personal information" or information knowingly provided by you through online forms and/or other entries that identifies you personally. This includes your: occupation, e-mail, phone number, addresses, name, business name, and other information volunteered about you or your business. 2. "Navigational information" or information derived from your web browser/client that may identify you directly or indirectly. This includes your: http(s) headers, IP address, referral sources, browser agent data (information about which browser is being used), time on page, geographical location, and other data that is made available through the browser's API. 3. "Form information" or information that you knowingly input into an online form which includes but is not limited to your demographic information and information related to business interest such as impressions, experiences, and/or expectations. 4. "Payment information", such as credit card numbers and billing information, is processed through third party PCI-compliant service providers and not stored in our databases. 5. "Third party information." We may collect personal information about you through third party sources and partners based on the "Personal Information" submitted to us. Personal information is used for marketing efforts and aggregated to provide metrics on user activity. ● Form information is used to better target promotions and marketing campaigns as well as for analysis of form efficacy such as common drop-off points. ● Navigational information is used to improve user experience and our tracking service. It is also used to provide relevant metrics for our clients/partners. ● Payment information is passed to a third party PCI-compliant payment processor for the sake of subscription/contract billing. ● Third party information is used to improve accuracy of demographic information and for joint-marketing efforts. Any third party, partner, or client we share, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose data to will be pre-screened by us, determined by us to be reputable, and will use the personal data for marketing products and services which we determine that you might share a legitimate interest. Information will be transferred as an anonymous dataset or collated into metrics when it suffices. Collected information is disclosed to third parties and/or partners for the following reasons: 1. As required by law whether that to be to protect our rights or simply to comply with legal directives. 2. For marketing products and services which we determine you might find of interest. 3. For partners'/clients' business intelligence or to better understand their user base for the intent of improving user experience and marketing.
