Purpose of Data Collection
Lantirn Incorporated provides Customer Support Software (Re:amaze) as a hosted software service to small and medium sized businesses. As such, we collect data (e.g. name, email, title, IP) for Customer Support Staff using the software to provide customer support services. In addition, we also collect data (e.g. name, email, IP) for customers who write in customers who write into the hosted support desks on behalf of companies that use our software. We collect this data to facilitate end-to-end communicate between Customers looks for support help and Companies that use our software to provide support.
