Purpose of Data Collection
Greenhouse Software, Inc. is a software-as-a-service recruiting tool designed to help companies target, interview, hire, an onboard new employees. As part of its services, Greenhouse collects candidate and employee data, including resumes, and processes that data on behalf of its customers. We disclose this data only to third party subprocessors that help us provide our services. In addition, Greenhouse has opened an office in Dublin and now collects and processes candidate and employee data on its own behalf as well. We disclose this data to third parties where we have a legitimate business need to do so.
