Purpose of Data Collection
Táve provides online tools for small event-based businesses to manage their business, including customer relationship management, lead tracking, workflow, online contracting, and more. Organization, customer, client, and visitor data may be processed to track leads, communicate with clients and vendors, organize and schedule events, execute contracts, place orders, send and pay invoices, automate emails, or other business tasks. Several third-party sub-processors are used to deliver the service; cloud providers are used to enable a high-availability web application, email and SMS providers are used to enable user and client communication, and a help desk provider is used to provide high-quality end-user support.
This policy is designed to provide clear and accurate disclosure of all information required by the Privacy Shield's Notice Principle.
