Esri may process employee, employee family members and job applicants personal information for the purposes of determining eligibility for employment, in support of Esri operations, managing employer-employee relationship, providing work related benefits, complying with legal obligations, processing payroll, analyzing compensation costs, ensuring compliance with internal policies, protecting Esri, its employees, customers, partners and the public against security and other threats, performance reviews, pursuing disciplinary action and assisting with disaster recovery and business continuity efforts. Esri may share personal information with third parties such as Esri affiliates, distributors, agents, representatives and partners, data subject employer organizations; vendors, including travel and event vendors, credit card processing companies, email service providers, mailing services providers, technical service providers, subcontractors, third party service providers, third-party tracking-utility partners, advertising and social media partners; authorities and third parties engaged in legal proceedings or investigations.
