Human resource data is collected on employees and contract employees in the course of recruitment, hiring, and processing employee data to fulfill a contractual obligation between Boart Longyear (employer) and Data Subjects (employee or contract employee). Data is limited to personal information that is required in order to fulfill the terms of the contract. Personal data may be transmitted through and processed by third-party service providers of Boart Longyear who have contracted to process personal data to fulfill the contractual obligations between Boart Longyear and its third-party service agents. Human resource data includes personal identification (e.g., name, tax ID, address, DOB), background information (e.g. prior employment, legal status, criminal background check, etc.), and financial processing information (e.g. bank account for payroll). Personal data is also processed in the course of business operations to fulfill contractual obligations, legal obligations, or when express consent is given. This data may be collected from clients, third party vendors, and public officials in the normal course of business. Personal data may include name and contact information.
