Customer Data: MusicHype Inc can only offer a licensing agreement in relation to the software and data provided through use of the software. AE operates as the customer application, and only offers real-time data collection, processing and analysis of their existing and authorized users. No data is available for ownership prior or after termination of licensing and use of the AE software. Non-personal information: MusicHype automatically collects non-personal information such as the date and time you access the site, the address of the web site you linked to MusicHype, the operating system you are using, the pages read and images viewed, and any content you post to from MusicHype. This is used for administration purposes and to improve our services. Non- personal information can be disclosed to others and permanently archived for future use. We also uses ?cookies?, to store a small amount of information on your computer so we can recognise you in future visits. Your personal information: You will be asked to provide personal information (such as your name, email address and email) so you can use MusicHype. If you do not provide certain information, you may not be able to register as a MusicHype member. We may use your information to contact you, provide you services and as otherwise permitted by law. From time to time we may send you email with important information regarding MusicHype, which you may opt out of receiving. Stop MusicHype sending you email and other information by sending your request by email to privacy[a]musichype.com. Each email MusicHype sends to you will tell you how to decline further email.
