Purpose of Data Collection
Beamery receives and processes personal data relating to data subjects in the EU and EEA on behalf of Beamery’s Customers for the purpose of providing and supporting the services for which the Customer has contracted Beamery. In order to provide the services we may receive and store any information our Customer instruct us to with respect to candidates, potential job applicants and other members of their talent network (collectively the "Candidates"). The Candidates information we receive and store typically includes names and email addresses of user candidates, but will consist of any information users or the Candidates choose to provide us with. Our Customers may also import, or ask us to import, user contact and email history by giving us access to third party services (for example, email accounts) or to use social network information if such user provides us access to their account on social network connection services. Customer may instruct us to connect a third party email account to their Beamery account, we can import, create and update versions of your address book and email communications for your to access in Beamery. Customers and Candidates can also choose to upload files to, or provide comments through Beamery. Beamery is a data processor and therefore may disclose personal data to our subsidiaries and third party service providers in order to provide the services to our Customers.
