Abrigo provides credit, fraud, lending, and portfolio risk solutions to financial institutions. In order to provide these services, Abrigo receives information about the consumers of these financial institution customers, including, but not limited to, their names, company and home addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, financial account numbers, and transaction details. Other personal information that Abrigo may collect from consumers and customers include IP address, browser details, cookies, and other engagement information. Abrigo may use personal information to provide customers with access to services that may require authentication, or to provide personalized solution offerings. Personal information may also be used to support sales, community outreach, and other business operations. Abrigo does not sell personal data relating to customers or their consumers, and does not leverage consumer personal information collected by customers for marketing purposes. Abrigo does not share personal information with third parties unless explicit consent has been granted by a customer.
