Purpose of Data Collection
As a data importer/data processor, Traxo processes select personal data, including limited human resources data, at the direction of the data exporter/data controller for the purpose of corporate and/or leisure travel management services. This includes processing travel itinerary and expense data related to trips booked by employees, customers, or other representatives of an organization, and disclosing that data to the organization's travel management service providers (including, but not limited to, risk management, expense management, or corporate travel agency service providers) at the direction the data controller.
