Purpose of Data Collection
The purpose of collecting the data is to provide, monitor and improve the services for customers and their users/attendees. The type of data processed varies by service and may include first name, last name, email address, user name and password, billing contact and address information, details needed to provide support, authentication information, credit card or other billing information required for processing payments, usage data and participation in the services. Personal data may also be processed as needed to provide communication, security, and diagnostics for service improvement. Personal data may be disclosed to trusted third parties which provide service to us or otherwise support the provision of the services to customers such as banks, approved business partners, affiliate companies, marketing agencies, export compliance agents, data storage providers, customer support services, analytics services and others contracted to provide operations and operational support of the services, customer relations management, and partners who assist us to provide features and functionality of the services.
