EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Framework: Inactive - Lapse
Purpose of Data Collection
We work with marketing data sources within the EU who send out marketing campaigns on behalf of our clients. We never receive any data from the EU that is stored by us. If it is necessary in any case for us to facilitate a data transfer for some specific circumstance, the data is transferred directly between the data owners and the client site (or vice versa). This data comprises of opt-in subscribers, collected by the data owner and approved specifically for marketing.
