Purpose of Data Collection

Lookout, Inc. collects, stores and processes personal data from users in the EU and EEA to provide those users with basic mobile endpoint security services as well as identity protection services as part of the Lookout Product Offering. In order to be able to provide these services Lookout Inc., transfers consumer personal data from the EU to Lookout subsidiaries in the United States. To the extent that Lookout collects Human Resources personal data to provide employment services or benefits, such information is also transferred from the EU and/or Switzerland to Lookout subsidiaries. Lookout Inc., maintains Privacy Policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
