Purpose of Data Collection
Sirota administers attitudinal surveys in the course of management consulting on behalf of organizational clients around the world. It receives and process generic personal information about survey respondents (the employees of each client), such as country location, job description, job tenure, and the like to help analyze the attitudinal responses. Sirota does not disclose or use the information for any purpose other than survey analysis on behalf of the client. Sirota also process HR information in the US relating to a number of its employees resident in the UK and NL.
