Purpose of Data Collection
Sovren Customers transmit personal data about job candidates, usually in the form of a resume or curriculum vitae (CV) provided by job candidates to Customers, such that Sovren can process the personal data, extract categories of information from the resume or CV, and return it to Sovren Customers in a more usable format.
This Policy applies to all Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) received by Sovren in any format, whether through its hosted services, installed software, or troubleshooting and feedback channels, and whether provided for “live” production purposes or for research and development activities. This Policy applies to PII that is supplied to Sovren directly by Sovren customers (“Customers”) or by candidates or other external users of Sovren Customers (“Candidates”), anywhere in the world, including transfers from the European Economic Area (EEA) to the United States, and transfers from Switzerland to the United States.
