Purpose of Data Collection
Kickbox collects First Name, Last Name, Organization Name, Email Address, and a Password for customers to create and manage their accounts. This information is collected solely for the purposes of rendering service. Kickbox also collects customer end-user data in the form of email list data. Kickbox only requires customers submit email addresses, though many customers will provide additional data such as name, address, phone number, or other contextually-relevant data from their customer database. Kickbox collects this data only in aggregate with email data provided for the purposes of rendering services. All data is encrypted while in transit and at rest and subject to the same privacy and security standards and principles outlined on Kickbox's website. Kickbox does not disclose any Privacy Shield data or end-user data to third parties without explicit consent from the managing entity. Kickbox shares Privacy Shield data with service providers for the sole purpose of rendering service to Kickbox to enable Kickbox to render service to customers. Kickbox ensures, through Master Service Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements, that service providers provide adequate privacy and security protections for Privacy Shield data. Kickbox may also disclosure Privacy Shield data to comply with national security or law enforcement requirements. Where possible, Kickbox limits the data it collects that is not pertinent to rendering services.
