Purpose of Data Collection

Provision of professional services as requested by customer, recordkeeping, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, marketing materials, administration of payment and benefits for personnel, website improvements. Personal data processed includes: contact information (including name, email address, and telephone number), financial information relating to transactions between a customer and Achieved Compliance, and browsing behavior of visitors to our website. Types of third parties to which data may be disclosed include: service providers, e.g. document management contractors and IT contractors, law enforcement entities, and purchasers of our business in the event that Achieved Compliance is sold.
