Purpose of Data Collection

Cardinal searches invention disclosures for inventors (customer/client). Some inventors are in Europe, including the EU, Switzerland, UK & Gibraltar. In the disclosure process, we receive inventors' names and contact information, including any such inventors located in these locations. We do not receive personal health information, personal financial information, or sensitive personal data from any inventors, including those in the EU. The information that we receive from our customer inventors is used by us to conduct the search and organize the results. Therefore, storing information such as names, addresses & phone numbers help organize the invention search.
