Purpose of Data Collection
We collect names, email addresses, mailing addresses and (optionally) phone numbers of customers and prospective customers using our website to evaluate and purchase our software products. The processing that is done is to store the information solely for the purposes of contacting the customers and prospective customers about their purchased services from our website and ensure they know of changes to the software products. We disclose their information to ActiveCampaign which is used to email these customers about their purchased products and services. We do not disclose this information to other third parties. We also offer cloud hosted software that EU and Swiss customers will use to store data about their businesses potentially containing personal data on EU and Swiss citizens. The type of data collected by these customers comprises the first name, last name and email addresses of users of the software. We do not disclose this information to third parties
