Oulu University Hospital Project 2030
Oulu University Hospital construction project OYS2030
The City of Oulu (Northern Finland) is building what it hopes will be the world’s smartest hospital, in which the newest technologies, modern facilities and up-to-date expertise will ensure effective and influential care that is the best in the world.
The new hospital will be built in stages and includes 3-4 different projects. The total cost of the project is $1.9 Billion. The first phase of the project started in 2019 and the last one will start in 2028.
To be successful the project will require new and innovative ICT software solutions and services. The budget for ICT investments alone is about $15 Million. Interested companies can reach out to Uute Program’s Procurement Coordinator Jukka Rantanen at jukka.rantanen@ppshp.fi. Oulu Testlab is open for all private companies to test their products and solutions in a hospital environment.
All public procurement projects will be published in HILMA and  information will be available in English.
