Purpose of Data Collection
1) Compliance Validation - Aperia collects organizational and client information for the purpose of evaluating compliance with both the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and the EU General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR) 2) Merchant and Cardholder Risk Management - Aperia processes organizational and consumer information for the purpose of AML and Fraud analytics, detection, and reporting. 3) Merchant Statements, Reporting, and Analytics - Client and customer access to information related to their payment process on behave of their payment processor. Including consumer credit card information and spending / processing history. Aperia's systems are used by its clients to consume the tier own data and Aperia only shares data with either payment processors, card brands, and other analytics providers upon written client instruction
