Purpose of Data Collection

Topbox analyzes communications between businesses and buyers/customers to identify friction points in the consumer/business relationship. Communications that are analyzed include phone calls, chat transcripts, email conversations, product reviews, customer surveys and feedback. Clients provide these communications to Topbox where our speech, text and data analytics algorithms identify issues, allowing our clients to improve customer experience. Topbox does not collect data from consumers - we process the data that our clients provide. No consumer data is disclosed to anyone other than our clients (who have the direct relationship with consumers).
