Purpose of Data Collection
Topbox analyzes communications between businesses and buyers/customers to identify friction points in the consumer/business relationship. Topbox analyses and classifies phone calls, chat transcripts, email conversations, product reviews, customer surveys and other forms of feedback. Clients provide these communications to Topbox where our speech, text, and data analytics algorithms identify issues, allowing our clients to improve customer experience. Topbox does not collect data from consumers - we process the customer/company communications that our clients provide. No consumer data is disclosed to anyone other than our clients (who have a direct relationship with consumers).
