Purpose of Data Collection
monday.com Inc. is a subsidiary of monday.com Ltd.. monday.com provides a project management tool, made available to its customers on a software as a service (SaaS) basis (‘Services’). The Services allows its customers to manage, operate and collaborate internally or with others, businesses related information. In order to provide sales and customer success services to monday.com Ltd and its customers, we, monday.com Inc., receive from our parent company, user names and email addresses of its customers, as provided by the users during the sign-up process, along with optional information the users may have provided (e.g. profile picture, phone number, address etc.). We also receive analytical information (e.g. IP address, users behavior and clicks, browser and OS type etc.) and payment related information (transaction information including payments time and amounts but excluding payment method information).
